Stryker earns 100 percent on HRC Equality Index

For the third year in a row, we have earned 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation鈥檚 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for LGBTQ Workplace Equality!聽
The HRC gathers information from an annual CEI survey and assigns a rating. Criteria includes: Equal employment opportunity policies, employment benefits, organisational LGBT competency聽and public commitment.聽
