Evolve Proline Radial Head System | Evolve Triad Fixation System

The Evolve Proline Radial Head System is a two-part, modular implant design with 324 sizing options designed to improve the surgeon’s ability to appropriately match the patient’s anatomy. Head sizes range from 18mm to 28mm in diameter and stem sizes range from 4.5mm to 9.5mm in diameter. All head and stem diameters are available in three different height options.

The Evolve Proline modular radial head implants are also available with the Evolve Triad Fixation System in a single tray designed to address fixation of the fractures commonly associated with your terrible triad injuries of the elbow. This system includes radial head, radial neck, and coronoid plates in addition to 1.5mm, 2.0mm, and 2.5mm screw options.
